        Order desk hours are from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST Monday thru Friday. Orders can be placed 24/7 by visiting our website: http://www.roadraceparts.com

        Please note we strive to get all in stock ground orders shipped within 24 hours of order placement. All in-stock air shipments will be shipped the same day if placed before 3 PM. To better assure that your order is shipped same day as needed, specify with your salesperson that this needs to be done.

        Multiple orders/Shipments:  If more than one order is placed by a customer in a single day, every effort will be made to accumulate these orders and ship as one. We endeavor to save you as much on shipping as possible. If however an order has been packaged for shipment prior to receipt of succeeding orders it will be treated as a separate order.

        Shipping Methods:  Unless otherwise requested all shipments will be made via UPS, Fedex  or  other LTL carriers that are available.

        Return Policy:  Road Race Parts will accept new unused parts back for a period not to exceed 30 days from date of shipment. All returns must be pre-approved by Road Race Parts. The customer will be responsible for all return freight charges. Upon inspection and confirmation of the unused condition of the merchandise, the entire purchase price will be refunded to the customer.
