Tilton OT-Series Clutches are professional-level clutches that offer

OT-Series clutches are CAD-designed, feature precision CNC-machined components
from high quality materials and meet strict quality control requirements.
Tilton offers a wide range of clutch assemblies that meet the demands of
virtually every from of racing. In fact, Tilton OT-Series clutches have become
one of the most widely used and successful clutches in racing. OT-Series
clutches can be found in many championship-winning cars competing in circle
track, road racing, rally racing, off-road racing, and "import/sport compact"
drag racing around the world.
Choose from Tilton's complete line of OT-Series clutches for UTGC applications
that are available in Racing (Sintered Metallic), and Carbon/Carbon options.
OT-Series Clutch Features
* Open clutch cover design for cooler and cleaner operation
* One-piece clutch cover has high burst strength and minimal deflection for
quick shifting
* Low Moment-of-Inertia for quick engine acceleration and deceleration

* Chrome vanadium springs designed to provide a high clamp load-to-wear ratio

Tilton UTGC Flywheels are designed for use with 4.5" and 5.5" racing clutches.
Machined from top quality, preheat-treated billet 4140 steel. Tilton flywheels
are precision machined with a integral cut ring gear. This results in a far
superior and safer operation than bolted-on ring gears. After machining,
flywheels are given an additional surface heat treatment, greatly improving ring
gear tooth life and reducing wear to the clutch friction surface. These
flywheels are also designed to have a very low moment-of-inertia for improved
engine response.

Tilton 4.5" Metallic UTGC Clutch / Flywheel Assemblies
Tilton OT-Series Racing (sintered metallic) Clutches are designed for use in
most forms of racing. They provide quick acceleration and deceleration through a
light rotating mass, have high torque capacity and provide quick shifting.
Engineered to provide maximum performance and reliability, Tilton OT-Series
Racing clutches are ideal for circle track racing, road racing and endurance
racing. These clutches are not designed for street use.
