MSD 6 HVC Professional Racing Ignition
This new ignition is designed for professional racing applications that run for long periods of time at high rpm. Extremely high end power components have been added and coil protection diodes are included for maximum reliability. With the new high end power components, the power output is increased with less heat generated. The new design also produces a longer spark duration with higher current.

The MSD 6 HVC Ignition comes ready to race in NASCAR competition. It includes the 6-pin mandated Weatherpak connector, clear silicone potting and a clear base plate for easy review by the tech inspectors. An MSD Soft Touch Rev Control, PN MSD8738 can also be plugged-in for over-rev protection.

NOTE: The MSD 6 HVC Ignition is designed to be used with the new HVC Power-Core Coil, PN MSD8250.
